5.8 Alarm Settings
Alarm levels can be set within the dB35 software based on action
levels for local workplace noise regulations. They can be used by
an employer as a visual indicator of an individual's exposure
throughout the day and can be switched ‘on’ or ‘off’ as per section
5.6. If these pre-determined alarm levels are exceeded then the
blue LED on the front of the CEL-35X will flash. The location of the
LED is shown in Figure 23.

The default alarm levels will depend on which display mode is
selected, either ISO or OSHA mode. The default levels are
summarised in the following table.
